I did a session today with the team at work around how Agile Requirements fit into the bigger picture of Agile project delivery. The presentation is up on SlideShare so if you’re looking to bootstrap a presentation please feel free to use the contents.
Hi Simon,
2 things:
– I think when anyone discusses requirements in Agile then s/he should also discuss how estimates are made in Agile (it’s confusing for anyone who’s used to waterfall).
– Functional and non functional requirements should also be discussed. We discussed non functional requirements in Agile here: http://www.pmhut.com/handling-non-functional-requirements-in-agile-projects
Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely valid points. This session was more to do with what Agile requirements are and how they differ from “traditional” ones as well as how they relate to delivery on a project. Thanks for your feedback.
