Simon is an accomplished software engineer who has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through 25+ years of working on a wide range of internet, cloud and AI-related projects and systems. He is currently a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft responsible for Azure's Kubernetes multi-cluster service - Azure Kubernetes Fleet Manager.

Throughout his career, Simon has had a keen interest in developer experience, always seeking to understand how developers work and what tools and technologies they need to be successful. Simon is known for his hands-on approach, frequently tinkering with technology and experimenting with new tools to gain a practical understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

As a speaker, Simon brings an engaging style and ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide audience. He has been a frequent speaker at international community and industry event, including Microsoft Ignite. Whether discussing the latest trends in technology or sharing insights on developer experience or career growth, Simon is always passionate and insightful.
